07. Shadow of the Vampire (2000)
Shadow of the Vampire is part biopic and part horror movie as it examines the 1922 filming of Nosferatu while supposing that rather than hiring an actor to play Count Orlock, F.W. Murnau went ahead and hired a real vampire. Willem Dafoe plays Max Schreck to John Malkovich’s Murnau in a cast that includes Cary Elwes, Eddie Izzard, Udo Kier and Catherine McCormack. The film is at turns creepy and hilarious as Murnau tries to wrangle Schreck to do what he wants, including not biting his way through the cast and crew, while dealing with all of the other problems associated with making a silent picture. The production values are great and the performances follow suite going so far as to earn Willem Dafoe an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor . The film is unique, offbeat and infinitely enjoyable.

Okay, so I was almost to the bottom of the “vampire” list and I was like, “Where the hell is the Lost Boys.”
I almost had a stroke.

You can also use midi controllers on certains phones, and you
can load your own sounds and samples in WAV or Soundfont format.
It’s all being done on a consumer and a grass-roots basis but I think some of the options that are available in
usable technologies can be brought here and the DVC30 was one of those.
Not all mp3 player decor will work with the next brand.
